At CARE UK Charity, we provide free essential items to people in crisis across Warrington, offering practical, compassionate support when life gets tough. From preloved clothing and donated furniture to household basics, we help individuals and families rebuild their lives with dignity.
In 2024, we passed on over 17,600 items of clothing, nearly all donated by people like you. But not everything can come through our doors. Our most requested essentials like kettles, microwaves, duvets, pillows, and hygiene packs have to be bought new.
That’s why financial donations matter so much.

Thanks to kind supporters, we delivered 3,719 essential household items in 2024, but demand is growing faster than we can keep up.
Every pound helps us respond to urgent needs and support people facing hardship across Warrington.
£10 can buy a kettle for someone with no way to make a hot drink
